Design Assets to Provide

We’re excited to design and install the vehicle wrap that will set your business apart and propel you to greater success. But we need your help. To properly begin the design process, we need the following information, files and photos from you as soon as possible. This will help ensure accuracy in the vehicle templates and give us a great starting point in creating wrap perfection.

Vehicle Photos

Please take photos showing all four views of your vehicle. Make sure the entire vehicle appears in the photo and that each photo is as straight-on and level as possible. This is especially important in any modified or custom vehicles, such as box trucks, utility trucks, food trucks, trailers, etc. For the vehicles we just listed, we will most likely send back a diagram (using the photos) that depicts some key measurements we need to create an accurate template from scratch.

Logos: Vector vs. Raster

Send us your logo (and variations or sub-logos if needed) in vector format. These file formats typically end in the following extensions: EPS, AI, PDF or SVG. Vector format is preferred over raster graphics (JPEG, PNG, GIF, TIF, etc.) because vectors are scalable to any size without loss of quality.

Information to Convey

What text would you like featured on your vehicle? Try to remember that your vehicle is often viewed only for a moment. Being concise is key to an effective wrap design. We want the masses to know who you are, what you do and how to find out more. That information could include: website, phone number, services, tagline, call-to-action, social media, bullet points, mandatory license numbers, vehicle unit numbers, etc.

Overall Aesthetics

Do you already have a vision in mind? Or would you prefer that we use our industry expertise to create your visual branding? Either way, the more direction you supply, the quicker we can nail that perfect approved design and get your vehicle back on the road and working for you. Things to think about: color, photos, graphic elements, background and style (corporate, wild, race, retro, etc.). Feel free to do some research and send us photos of other wraps you like. Or search stock photos and graphics on shutterstock.com and then supply us with the image ID number of a few assets you would like to use. It’s that simple. So, what are you waiting for? Let’s work together to create wrap perfection.
